The first generation of wheel bearing outer ring is the double row angular contact ball bearings with the whole outer ring and the back combination inner rings. In order to ensure the pre-load after the installation, it be pre-set the initial clearance and no need to use the lap of adjust the pre-load when on the automotive assembly line. Besides, the wheel bearing have the seal their own, elimination the step of the seal outside manual installed.
One-way rotating clutch bearing is the combination of deep groove ball bearing and sprag type freewheel. It is filled in grease lubricant when supplied. ZZ type shield can protect against dust of more than 0.3mm. 2RS type seal is dustproof, waterproof and greaseproof.
When torque transmission is closed fit, the inside and outside diameter is forced fit with N6 tolerance bore and n6 working shaft respectively, the internal clearance is set at C5. The reduction and distortion during this process can make good effect. When inner ring and shaft are key fit, the working shaft can use K6 tolerance, the outer ring is still forced fit with N6 tolerance bore. If inner ring with working shaft, outer ring with bore are all key fit, K6 tolerance is recommended for working shaft, and K6 or H6 for bore, with the internal clearance set at C3.
Attention to installation: don’t knock inner ring to press outer ring into bore, and don’t knock outer ring to press inner ring into working shaft.
